Tips For Presentations

Bite-sized nuggets to help you be successful in your next talk…

Be Enthusiastic

Ralph Waldo Emerson once said: “Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm”. This word enthusiasm comes from the Greek and means “having the god within”. Nothing is more boring than a presenter who doesn’t show any passion for what they are speaking about. Avoid monotonous tones and try to inject life and excitement into your talk.  A presenter should be showing the audience how to solve a particular problem they may be having.  It should be a good solution that everyone is keen to hear so you should be excited about being able to solve their problem.
